As stated previously and likely repeatedly, this process is NOT like taking prescription drugs. The dosage is a moving target and will change over time as conditions in the body change. This sometimes happens rapidly.
All too often, the "Boy, do I feel STUPID" answer to a new issue is "Stop doing x or cut back on it."
For example, if you are treating constipation by taking large quantities of aloe vera and coconut oil and you find you now have terrible diarrhea, the "Boy, do I feel STUPID" answer is "Stop taking those or cut back on them." If you have diarrhea, you no longer need to treat for constipation. Duh.
It helps if you keep a journal, have a co-conspirator in this health journey who can ask you the "dumb" questions or similar because you often will not feel well and will not be thinking straight and the "Oh, DUH!" obvious answer just will not immediately occur to you.
If you are all on your own, run through the list of things you are currently doing and see if one of them gives you a "Oh, duh!" moment as the easy answer that can be acted upon immediately. (This is where a health journal can be useful: It's in writing and you can review it to jog your memory.)
