A Few Provisos

This site is not medical advice and most people will not be able to do what I did and come back from death's door.

I slept in a tent for nearly six years, spent more than 15 years celibate and shaved my head four times. There is no magic pixie dust, just a long, hard slog involving a lot of frustrating downtime and enormous thought and research.
