Feels Just Like....Broken Glass

If you feel like you have been SITTING on broken glass after going to the bathroom, odds are good you are EXTREMELY acid. I recommend you read posts here about Biofilm and Acidity.

Check out things labeled Biofilm and things labeled pH Balance.

You can probably safely START with somewhat strong antacids, like drinking diet tonic water. Note the proviso:
Don't overdo it. Excess consumption can make your stomach too alkaline which can cause you to be unable to digest food and begin vomiting food back up instead. It works fine as an emergency remedy for being too acid but it is not the best means for addressing pH balance.
In the long run, it's best to skew your diet more alkaline via eating solid FOODS that are alkaline, not taking antiacids and not DRINKING strongly alkaline fluids. The top three alkaline foods that I know of are:
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumbers
  • Celery
If you are eating salads to try to get your lettuce in, be mindful that a lot of salad dressing is vinaigrette. Loading up on a vinegar-based salad dressing will tend to defeat the purpose of eating lettuce.

Consider instead: And if you get your gut issues sorted, you can spend less time hurting and less time obsessed with your painful areas.
