Long Term Spells of High Anxiety
HIGH ANXIETY can occur when something changes in your life that reduces your NEED for adrenaline "permanently."
It can take days or WEEKS to ramp the adrenals down after you remove something from your life or reduce something triggering a chronic need for high levels of adrenaline.
One of the things that causes a need for adrenaline is ALLERGIES.
One of the things that causes allergies is PARASITIC INFECTIONS.

They counteract excess adrenaline and rosemary bread or kalamata bread (rosemary and olives) helped get me through this garbage more than once where I couldn't FUNCTION because my anxiety was so high.
I usually ALSO slathered the bread with butter or cream cheese. So you MAY want to have a source of healthy fats that work for YOU with that.

Salt is adrenal support. Coconut oil is thyroid support. These are both hormone-producing organs and if your adrenals are stressed too long, it starts impacting the thyroid.Rosemary Triscuits are a thing and are a little more convenient to snack on than bread is when my anxiety is through the roof but I don't tolerate them as well as I do good quality bread. Your mileage may vary.
