Sunburn
The treatment for sunburn is The Trifecta -- the right carbs, the right fats and good quality salt -- slightly modified. You want to be very heavy on the right carbs and salt is the second-most important ingredient. You may also need some good fats/oils, but not so much of that most likely.
In this case, it really pays off if you can get aloe vera drinks. Drinking aloe vera drinks plus getting good quality salt into you is the best means to speed the healing process for sunburn.
Starchy potatoes and corn can also help, but if you are badly burned, seriously, find an aloe vera drink you are willing to drink and drink it. (Or find some pills at a supplement shop.)
In the past when I have recommended aloe vera drinks in online discussions, inevitably someone would tell me it tastes terrible. Not all aloe vera drinks taste terrible. I know of at least two brands that actually taste good.
One is called It's the SUN (and you can apparently order it online from Amazon). My notes indicate I preferred coconut and pomegranate flavors.
I don't recall the name of the other brand and I don't seem to have notes, but the last time I had an aloe vera drink, both brands came in a square green bottle.
Coconut water can also help as it is super hydrating. If you are badly burned to the point where your skin is seriously impaired in terms of keeping water in and regulating your temperature, you might try coconut oil topically as well and see if that helps.
Pro tip: Never, ever, ever put Penaten cream on a sunburn. It's a German product I grew up with for baby rash and it's like a miracle cure for a lot of skin issues, but NOT sunburn.
AND good luck getting it washed off now that you stupidly put it on your sunburn. You only have to make this mistake once to have it seered into your memory for life that this is a bad idea.
